Excellent choice.

I spent months researching on ergonomic/ gaming chairs due to my crescent back issues with a chair that despite looking good in my room, lacked a backrest, was made from leather and its cushion slipped away every time I tried to lay back to mitigate the back pain. I was initially aiming for the secretlab titan series since it was all I had tried that looked top tier quality and had features I was really looking for, however the price did not seem reasonable with me and I decided to dig deeper. Then I found Duelhawk, top quality as well with all the features I looked for, fabric, rock tilt for the seat base, adjustable armrests, built in lumbar support and steel frame. The only downside that I could point is that Duelhawk Ultra is yet to count with a black and white version on fabric options, other than that, I couldn't be happier with my purchase, it makes my telework and gaming sessions even more enjoyable. I am happy I trusted and spent my money with Duelhawk despite my initial reservations, it might be a young business but their product has proven to be more than great and I am happy to support them.

Ultra Moonrock Fabric Chair

The chair was easily assembled by myself and is clearly made of high quality materials. I like that the chair has a firm feeling to it and it is extremely supportive. First day I had it I decided to have a bit of a gaming marathon and at one point spent about 7 hours continuously in the chair. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or ache in any sort of way. Highly recommend one of Duel Hawks chairs if your looking to buy or upgrade anytime soon.

The Duelhawk Ultra uses a unique cure foam that creates a comfortable, if not firm sitting experience. For those looking to sink into their chair, this might prove a little hard. That said, if you like a chair that holds its shape a little more this should be up your alley. It’s well supported and even after extended periods of sitting, be that for gaming or even just general workday use, no issues have arisen. Simply, the Duelhawk is an impressive product and does manage to stand out in a crowded space. A lot of that comes down to it being one of the best-looking options for those who like subtler aesthetics. If you are looking for an “adult” option, the Duelhawk Ultra should take some serious consideration.

Long hours in front of the video game console can leave you with a bad back.

There’s a deep leather head-high backrest, several inches thick and curved at the edges so that it feels like it is hugging you at the sides. It has a matt finish and it looks effortlessly cool, with three distinct white sewn-in arrow-like designs in the centre of the chair and a minimalist logo on the headrest. Not overdone, not garish like some gaming chairs, more muted. You have an adjustable lumbar support mechanism where you can twist a knob on the side of the chair to increase or decrease the support to your lower back during lengthy console sessions. Your natural inclination is often to lazily slouch your posture over a long period of time sitting. But the Duelhawk doesn’t allow you to do that and maintains a correct seating position without ever feeling awkward. The multi-directional 4D armrests are built to aid relaxation when shooting or smashing your way through a video game marathon, and their adaptability really helps you to nail your ideal position. With long hours of sitting both at work and play, the seat never felt difficult and there were no bum numbing moments. It forces you to sit properly, which can only be a good thing for us slouchers of the world, and that lumbar support really stood out as a winning element.

Everything from the adjustable lumbar support, quality of the arm rests to the softness of the fabric is amazing with the Ultra gaming chair. Additionally the Duelhawk customer service is hands down the best I´ve ever experienced.

Coolest chair around

Customer service was a 10/10. They answered all my questions within seconds regarding the PU leather and specifications. The chair actually arrived the next day, which was extremely quick for a large package. The product itself is very high quality and built to last. I spend all day working and gaming in my chair and I can tell this chair will last years. It’s very comfortable and the Pu leather is of the highest quality. Highly recommend!

Black PU Leather Gaming Chair arrived promptly, was simple to assemble when instructions were followed, and is an excellent chair all around.

This chair is by far one of the best quality chairs. It’s so comfortable and ergonomic, like heaven for my back and butt. I used to get back pain and hip pain when sitting working/gaming but not now, it seems to have disappeared. Highly recommend. I got the larger one and it’s so easy to assemble and came within 2 days. I had a slight issue with the hydraulic in my chair approx 1.5 years later and the team sent me out a replacement part no questions.... I'd give 10 stars if possible! Amazing service, chair and after sales care!
